Last Updated: 20 November 2025

1. INTRODUCTION
This document, together with any policies referenced within it, establishes
the general terms and conditions governing the use of the Rust Wolf London
website and the purchase of products made through it (the “Conditions”).
You are advised to read these Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Cookies
Policy (the “Data Protection Policies”) carefully before using this website. By
accessing the site or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be
bound by these Conditions and the Data Protection Policies. If you do not
agree, you should not use this website. VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to
modify these Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review
them periodically, as the Conditions in force at the time of use or the
formation of any Contract shall apply. If you have any questions relating to
these Conditions or our Data Protection Policies, you may contact us using
the details provided on the website. Any Contract may be executed in any
language in which these Conditions are made available.

2. OUR DETAILS
Sale of goods through this website is carried out under the trading name Rust
Wolf London by VESTAUX LTD, a company registered in England and
Wales, with its registered office at 20 Vincent Way, Banbury, Oxfordshire,
OX16 9GT, United Kingdom. All communications regarding orders or
customer service should be directed to vestauxdirector@gmail.com or
through the official contact channels displayed on the website.

3. YOUR DETAILS AND YOUR VISITS TO THIS
WEBSITE
Any personal data or information that you provide will be processed in
accordance with our Data Protection Policies. By using this website, you
consent to such processing and confirm that all personal details provided are
truthful, accurate, and correspond to reality. You agree to keep your
information updated and understand that failure to provide complete and
accurate information may prevent us from fulfilling your order.

4. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website, you agree to use it solely to make legitimate enquiries
and valid orders. You agree not to make any false or fraudulent orders, and
VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to cancel and report any such activity to
the relevant authorities. You must ensure that your email address, postal
address, and other provided contact details are accurate and current and
acknowledge that we may use these details to communicate with you
regarding your order. If you do not provide all the required information, we
may not be able to process your order. By placing an order, you confirm that
you are over the age of 18 and legally capable of entering into binding
contracts.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The products offered on this website are available for delivery only within
the territories displayed on our delivery information page or during checkout.
VESTAUX LTD also supplies goods to businesses and accepts bulk or
customised volume orders in accordance with the specific requirements
provided by the buyer. All such business orders remain subject to feasibility,
product availability, and any additional terms communicated at the time of
enquiry. VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to amend or restrict service
availability without prior notice based on logistics, customs rules, bulk order
limitations, or operational constraints.

6. FORMALISING THE CONTRACT
To place an order, you must complete the online purchasing procedure and
proceed by authorising payment. After doing so, you will receive an email
acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute
acceptance. Acceptance of your order occurs only when the products have
been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation email is issued. The Contract
between you and VESTAUX LTD is formed at that moment and covers only
the items listed in the dispatch confirmation.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If errors occur while entering personal details during registration or during
the purchase process, these may be corrected by accessing the “My Account”
section or by contacting customer service. The website displays confirmation
boxes that prevent the order from proceeding if mandatory information has
not been provided correctly. Before making payment, the website displays a
summary of all items in your shopping cart, allowing you to modify order
details. If you detect an error after payment, you should immediately contact
customer service to correct it.

8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply
difficulties or stock depletion, VESTAUX LTD may offer substitute items of
equal or superior value. If you do not wish to receive substitute products, any
amount paid will be refunded in full. VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to
withdraw any product from the website at any time without liability.

9. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to remove products from the website,
update content, or decline orders at its discretion, even after issuing an order
confirmation. Circumstances may arise where we must refuse to process an
order due to system errors, payment issues, security concerns, or other
exceptional events. VESTAUX LTD shall not be liable to you or any third
party for such decisions.

10. DELIVERY
VESTAUX LTD will endeavour to dispatch your order before the date
indicated in the dispatch confirmation or within the estimated timeframe
shown during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances,
customs inspections, transport disruptions, or delivery region constraints. If
we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you and
provide the option to continue with a revised delivery timeframe or cancel the
order for a full refund. Delivery shall be considered fulfilled once you or a
third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods at the
address provided.

11. INABILITY TO DELIVER
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel
in a safe place or return it to the delivery facility. A notice will be left
indicating the next steps for redelivery or collection. If, after reasonable
efforts, delivery remains unsuccessful due to reasons not attributable to
VESTAUX LTD, we may treat the Contract as cancelled. In such cases,
payments received will be refunded within the legally prescribed timeframes,
minus any additional transport charges incurred.

12. TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF
PRODUCTS
Responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership
transfers only when full payment has been received for all amounts due,
including delivery charges. After delivery, VESTAUX LTD is not
responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

13. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication but may be
subject to error. If a pricing error is identified for an ordered item,
VESTAUX LTD will notify you to confirm the order at the correct price or
cancel it. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges, which
are displayed separately at checkout. Payments must be authorised at the time
of order placement using valid payment methods displayed on the website.
All payment details are processed securely and encrypted to prevent
unauthorised access.

14. INVOICE
An invoice will be provided with the delivery of the products or
electronically via your customer account, depending on availability and legal
requirements in your region.

15. BUYING GOODS AS A GUEST
You may purchase items as a guest without creating an account. Only the
information necessary to process and deliver your order will be required.
After completing your purchase, you will be offered the option to register as
a user.

16. EXPRESS CHECKOUT
Where available, the Express Checkout feature allows faster transactions by
using saved delivery and payment information. To use this function, you
must save your card details and accept the associated terms. Any purchase
completed using Express Checkout authorises us to charge your designated
saved card.

17. TAXES
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes based on the laws of the delivery
destination. Taxes and duties will be displayed during checkout.

18. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Customers may return products within the timeframe specified in the
applicable return policy. Returned products must remain unused and in the
same condition as delivered, including packaging, labels, and accessories.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or handled inappropriately may
not qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been
received and inspected. Delivery charges may not be refunded unless
required by law.

19. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is defective or does not conform to the Contract at delivery, you
must contact VESTAUX LTD promptly with supporting evidence. Upon
receipt of the returned product, we will assess it and determine whether
repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate. Refunds for defective products
will include delivery costs and reasonable return fees.

20. LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise expressly stated, VESTAUX LTD’s liability regarding any
product purchased through the website is limited strictly to the value of the
product. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury due to
negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
VESTAUX LTD is not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of
income, business, profits, anticipated savings, or data.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the website content, including text, images,
designs, trademarks, and software, belong to VESTAUX LTD or its
licensors. You may use the website content only as necessary to place orders
or access your account. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution,
modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

22. VIRUSES AND CYBER THREATS
You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, malware, or harmful
code, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website or its
servers. Any such misuse may constitute a criminal offence and will be
reported to the authorities. VESTAUX LTD shall not be liable for damage
caused by cyberattacks or harmful technology that may infect your device.

23. LINKS FROM OUR WEBSITE
Any links to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes
only. VESTAUX LTD has no control over such sites and accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.

24. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

writing. By using this website, you agree that VESTAUX LTD may
communicate electronically, including via email or website notifications, and
that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

25. NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications to VESTAUX LTD must be sent via the contact channels
specified on the website. Notifications we send to you will be considered
received 24 hours after sending an email or three days after posting a letter.

26. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Contracts between you and VESTAUX LTD bind both parties and their
successors. You may not transfer your Contract or rights without our written
consent. VESTAUX LTD may transfer its rights and obligations at any time
without affecting your statutory rights.

27. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
VESTAUX LTD is not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by
events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war,
strikes, pandemics, transport disruption, telecommunications failures, or
government restrictions. Performance will resume as soon as the event is
resolved.

28. WAIVING RIGHTS
Failure by VESTAUX LTD to enforce any provision of these Conditions
shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

29. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any provision of these Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force.

30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement
between you and VESTAUX LTD regarding product purchases through the
website.

31. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
VESTAUX LTD reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time.
Changes apply to all website use and orders placed after modifications are
published, except where legal obligations require retroactive application.

32. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Conditions and any Contracts formed through the website are
governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without affecting your statutory
consumer rights.
